We are so excited to offer this Easter Holidays the Healing Connection Retreat for the third time at the beautiful Höllbachhof in the Bavarian Forest together with Zoltan and Bali. Registration is now open!
Location:
Höllbachhof, Postfelden 20, 93191 Rettenbach, GERMANY
Join us at the beautiful Höllbachhof (www.hoellbachhof.net), an idyllic 400 year old historic Hof situated in ”Die Hölle”, a Nature Reserve in the Bavarian Forest in Germany, for 10 days of bliss and healing in the Easter Holidays! We will begin our days with vinyasa yoga and meditation to open our bodies, soothe our mind, and connect with our heart so that we are able to give from a place of abundance. The morning session will be devoted to learn the ancient dance of Thai massage. ”Nuad” or Thai massage, literally means healing touch and is a spiritual practice closely connected to the teachings of the Buddha. Thai massage is a practice to connect with our highest self, develop metta (loving kindness) and ignite the spiritual flame. On the path to helping others heal, healing must begin within. By activating the Sen lines (simliar to the Nadis in yoga) we seek to balance and restore the flow of energy. The practitioner uses their own body weight to apply rhythmic pressure and open the receiver’s body through yogic streching of the muscles and joint manipulation. As the receiver’s inner capacity to heal is awakened, emotional, physical and spiritual release can occur. Practitioner and receiver enter a dance of giving and receiving, honoring and accepting, in- and exhale that brings us to a place of bliss, freedom and harmony. In the afternoons we will let our bodies and souls soar and discover our AcroYoga wings as we celebrate community through divine play! In our free time we can explore the beautiful surroundings, recharge in the wood-oven sauna, and lift our hearts to the divine through Kirtan-singing. We wish to offer you a retreat full of relaxation, deep learning, love and fun where you are empowered to live your individuality, reach for your highest potential, meet others without fear, and play! We invite both experienced yogis and absolute beginners to join us. Om Shanti.
